NAHO Conference Banquet Agenda & Menu

The 2009 NAHO national conference banquet promises to be an entertaining evening filled with traditional First Nations, Inuit and Métis performances, and plenty of star-power.

Beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 25, 2009, Chef David Wolfman, star of the APTN TV show Cooking with the Wolfman, will heat things up by giving audience members an up-close-and-personal demonstration of what it’s like to be in the kitchen with the Wolfman. He will provide a 45 minute cooking demonstration followed by a brief question and answer period with the audience.
The Banquet dinner will follow, and will be a re-creation of the meal Chef Wolfman prepared.
